We know rugs

Out of necessity, manufacturers’ rug labels are generic and include an error tolerance, which can be as much as two inches.

Cutting the pad to fit the label dimensions is one thing. We do this, for every pad.

Perforating the pad provides a fool-proof method for a precise fit—without scissors. We do this, too… and no one else does.

The Cut

Never mind whatever the industry calls “standard sizing.” Our pads are always custom-cut to the dimensions you specify.

Rectangular?

Give us length and width.

Round?

Share diameter.

Asymmetrical, scalloped or funky?

Show us your rug’s curves or lines — we thrive on custom challenges.

The Perf

Perforation is like an insurance policy for your rug pad. For rectangle and square pads, you have two convenient tear lines in one inch increments on both the length and width. When your rug arrives “a little off” from label dimensions, simply tear the pad at the perforation to perfect the fit.

The Fold

Like you, we leave no detail to chance. We’ve already thought about the easiest, fasted way to unfurl your pad for installation.

When feasible, we prefer to roll our pads. On delivery, you simply unroll and you’re rumple-free and rug-ready in seconds.

We fold when rolling isn’t feasible. Thanks to a world-renowned origamist, our fold delivers the smallest possible dimensions for shipping and the fewest number of unfolds for a speedy install.
