You need efficient, dependable, stress-free shipping — the kind where you don’t have to think about it too much, and your rug pad arrives on time: custom cut and ready for installation.

 

Precut in standard sizes? Not us! Our service model is one of a kind. Uninterrupted availability and production allows us to custom cut and ship your order on the same or next day, with our quick local delivery and national shipping partners. 

 

1. Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET will be custom-cut and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be custom-cut and shipped the next day. Orders of 6 pads or more, and orders requiring special attention, such as free form or extra large pads, require extra cutting or processing time and will be shipped within 1-3 days of order placement.

 

2.  Shipping (US and Canada)

Shipments within the United States and Canada are handled by UPS for secure and timely delivery. Track your shipment using the link provided via email upon shipment confirmation.

 

Your rug pad will arrive folded/boxed. Learn more Rapid Relax for a quick, rumple-free install. And check out our origami-inspired fold, which saves on freight and makes pad and rug placement a breeze.  

 

3. Local shipping (Atlanta + 50 mile radius)

We’re pretty much neighbors! Our warehouse is in Alpharetta, GA, so deliveries within Atlanta + 50-mile radius are powered by Roadie.com. Track your Roadie delivery in real time to eliminate any guesswork on delivery status.

 

For local orders, your rug pad will arrive rolled or folded/boxed – just let us know your preference in your order notes.

 

4. Delivery times

Eastern states, 2 days

Midwestern states, 2-3 days

Western states, 3-4 days

Metro Atlanta + 50 mile radius, 1-3 hours

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs for both national and local deliveries are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination as well as the quantity, weight, and dimensions of the custom-cut area rug pads you order.

 

6. Order tracking and delivery confirmation

You will receive shipping confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse and delivery confirmation upon successful delivery, all via the email address you provide during the ordering process.

 

Domestically, track your UPS package using the code or link provided via email upon shipment confirmation. UPS updates at each touchpoint and expected date/time range for delivery.

 

Locally, track your Roadie package using the code or link provided via email upon shipment confirmation. Roadie updates in real time to eliminate any guesswork on delivery status.

 

7. Potential service interruptions

While unlikely, it’s possible that an event out of our control may cause a delay in order processing, custom cutting, or delivery. If this is ever the case, we will be in touch with you as soon as we are aware of the issue and will communicate clearly with you until it’s resolved and you have your rug pad order in hand.
